Sadie was an incredible inspiration, she will never be forgotten
The Sadie Bristow Foundation aims to help children, families and adults cope with living with allergies and raise funds for a nurse in the South East of England to train to become an allergy specialist. Our eventual aim is to open a clinic and advice centre in the South East and build an education programme for children.

Applications opened in 2024 for a bursary that aimed to help families with the services and support of Dr Helen as well as support from a dietician, dermatology/eczema nurse and a clinical psychologist.
Each awarded family will start with a 1:1 with Dr Helen to assess the situation and give space for questions to be answered.
We continue to award families this support through our AMF.
In addition a new bursary aiming to help patients receive Immunotherapy treatment is now available.
In May 2025, we held our annual conference, which was a great success. See our past speakers on our 2025 conference page.
Our Understanding Allergies Conference is an informative day of sharing and learning about allergy, anaphylaxis, asthma, dermatology, diet, and the experiences of families living with allergies.
Together, we can build a world where allergies don’t limit anyone.
Sadie's smile, enthusiasm and passion for tennis made our training sessions so much fun. I'll never forget the words Sadie wrote to me once before a tournament - "Don't be afraid to be great, Jake".
Jake, aged 12
